Welcome to PlayZone. These terms set out the rules for visiting our entertainment center and using our services. By entering PlayZone or purchasing credits and passes, you accept these terms, so please take a moment to read them.
You may visit our arcade venue for lawful purposes only. You agree not to damage equipment, disturb other guests, or use our facility in any way that could harm PlayZone or other visitors.
All prices are displayed clearly before purchase. We do our best to keep game descriptions and pricing accurate, but occasionally errors happen — if they do, we will let you know before processing your transaction.
Payment is taken securely at our kiosks and registers. We accept the major payment methods shown at the point of purchase. Your credits or pass are activated once payment is successfully received.
You can cancel or modify your pass purchase shortly after buying it — just contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
We take great care with all our arcade equipment and interactive games, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the pass or credits you purchased.
We update our arcade and entertainment center policies regularly to keep Playmaxima safe and fun for everyone. You'll always find the current rules here, so check back if it's been a while. Our interactive games, prize games, and family entertainment offerings may expand, and our event policies might change seasonally—we'll post those updates right here.
